 We will be hosting a fundraiser beginning with Mother’s day and extending through Father’s day we will be raising money to support the New Jersey Shore Chapter of the American Cancer Society to benefit families in need of services. We will be raffling one $200 basket for both holidays with all of the proceeds supporting this hard working Jersey Shore chapter. We will be running ongoing workshops throughout the spring and summer that will demonstrate how to use medicinal herbs and flowers found in your very own yard that are useful for a wide variety of personal body care products.

Sign up for our workshop beginning 5/15 from 2pm-6pm and 5/31 from 11-6pm. Call for children and adult product making schedules. We will be making tangerine butter, soaps, lotions, body sprays and hair conditioners with Tangerine, Mandarin, Lavender and Lemon verbena distilled fresh from our very own distill.

Yoga & Aromatic essential oils Classes

Please sign up early, class size is limited to 4-6 people. A series of Four 1hour -20 minute sessions of yoga classes will begin Sunday 5/23 at 11:30 am. Join all 4, or choose those that suit your individual needs. Over the four sessions you will learn how to relax, protect and detoxify your body through Yoga, and the use of aromatic essential oils.
Cost: $24 per class –includes weekly class handouts, individualized instruction and
the use of essential oils that compliment weekly topic.

Here is what you will learn…
Each Class will teach you how to enhance your body’s immune abilities and protect your body from stress. Our Yoga instructor has 20+ years of experience that she will impart to you through handouts and individual instruction. Each Class will be paired to an aromatic blend of essential oils prepared for you by a medically trained clinical aromatherapist. You will choose soothing botanical essences that will be paired to promote relaxation, others to detoxify via reflexology, lymphatic drainage and a detoxifying facial.

First session: Relax & unwind with Yoga Paired to meditation to an essential oil to produce relaxation. (Participant will choose a soothing oil to pair with relaxing techniques

Second session: Foot reflexology after yoga class. (This class includes a foot massage with oils to detoxify the body and provide relief o the major organs of the body through the meridian system)

Third session: Yoga with specific exercises to release the spine, coupled to cranial sacral release techniques for the neck and mask application for the face.

Fourth session: Advanced yoga stretching and breathing to prepare for total home program.
